As we grow, we’ll stay closely connected with our members through newsletters, outreach, and community surveys—using your feedback to improve existing tools, develop new services, and refine how everything works. Our goal is to grow thoughtfully, guided by real needs and lived experience.

Create a Profile

Set up a profile that reflects who you are, what support you need, or the services you offer. Profiles help create clarity, set expectations, and support better connections from the start.

Request Shift Coverage

Fill shift request forms for support based on your needs, whether urgent, short-term, or ongoing. This allows us to help you connect with service providers looking for opportunities, based on availability and fit.

Independent Care Arrangements

Helperly supports direct, independent arrangements between users. Schedules, rates, and expectations are discussed and agreed upon between both parties, without agency involvement.

Connect Directly

Use in-platform messaging to communicate directly with service seekers or providers. This supports open conversations, clearer expectations, and stronger working relationships.

Credential Badges 

Providers may choose to share certifications or credentials. When documentation is submitted, a badge may be added to their profile to indicate verified information.

A short, anonymous survey for service seekers and service providers designed to help us understand what supports are missing, what’s working, and where people are facing challenges. Your feedback directly informs how Helperly develops new tools, services, and workflows—ensuring we build something that genuinely helps.

Support & Funding Resources

A curated collection of funding programs, government assistance, and practical resources for individuals with physical disabilities and caregivers. This includes information on respite care funding, attendant care and independent living supports, disability benefits, caregiver relief, advocacy tools, assistive technology, and community inclusion programs.
