Helperly Terms of Use & Waiver of Liability

By accessing or using the Helperly platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Platform Purpose

Helperly is a service connection platform designed to help individuals discover and communicate with independent service providers. Helperly does not provide care services, does not employ service providers, and does not assign, supervise, or manage care. All services, arrangements, and agreements are made directly between users of the platform.

2. Independent Relationships

All service providers on Helperly operate independently. Helperly does not control, monitor, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, suitability, or availability of any services offered or provided by users.

Service seekers are solely responsible for selecting providers, determining suitability, and setting expectations. Helperly is not a party to any care arrangement.

3. Waiver of Liability

By using Helperly, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Helperly Inc., its founders, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:

Interactions or communications between users
Services or care provided, not provided, delayed, or improperly provided
Injuries, damages, or losses occurring before, during, or after any service interaction
Errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in user profiles, posts, messages, or documentation
Cancellations, delays, disputes, or miscommunication between users
Any reliance on information shared through the platform

4. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for exercising judgment and taking reasonable precautions when interacting with other users. Service seekers are responsible for verifying credentials, suitability, and fit. Service providers are responsible for acting within their scope, training, and legal obligations. Helperly does not handle payments, employment terms, scheduling, or care delivery.

5. Best-Effort Support Disclaimer

Any assistance, introductions, or outreach provided by Helperly (including shift coverage requests or matching support) is offered on a best-effort basis only and does not guarantee outcomes, availability, or placement.

6. No Warranties

Helperly is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding platform availability, performance, reliability, accuracy, or results.

7. Account Access & Termination

Helperly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if these terms are violated or if the platform is misused.

8. Consent & Agreement

By continuing to use Helperly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this waiver and the platform’s terms of use. You also consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in Helperly’s Privacy Policy.
