Helperly Terms of Use and Waiver of Liability

By subscribing to Helperly, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Platform Purpose

Helperly is a care-matching platform designed to connect service seekers (clients) and service providers (e.g., personal support workers, attendants). We do not employ service providers, nor do we supervise, monitor, or verify the services exchanged between users. All care-related agreements are strictly between the individual parties.

 

2. Independent Relationship

All service providers are independent individuals. Helperly does not control or guarantee the quality, timing, legality, safety, or suitability of any services provided. Service seekers are solely responsible for selecting their providers and for any arrangements made.

3. Waiver of Liability

By using Helperly, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Helperly Inc., its directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Interactions between users of the platform;

• Any service or care provided, not provided, or improperly provided;

• Injuries, damages, or losses sustained before, during, or after a service exchange;

• Errors or omissions in any user profile or communication;

• Cancellations, delays, or miscommunication between users.

4. Personal Responsibility

You agree to take reasonable precautions when interacting with other users and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying the suitability and credentials of those you engage with. Service seekers are responsible for payment to providers; Helperly does not collect or manage payments for services rendered.

5. No Warranties

Helperly provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor do we guarantee results or outcomes of care arrangements made through the platform.

6. Termination and Refunds

Helperly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or misuses the platform. Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed.

7. Consent and Agreement

By proceeding with your subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this waiver and the full terms of use available on our website. You also consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our privacy policy.
